As part of expanding the information available to members the recent APMP conference, held near Heathrow Airport, saw a number of leading industry figures speak on specific topics. In one of these, Concurrence?s Graeme Robson was invited to outline some of the developments within the bidding process that are being introduced now and in the near future, and what they mean for bidders.
As a former leading of the APMP?s ?XML Working Party? (a group set up to look at how technology can be standardised to deliver process efficiency) Graeme was ideally placed for this subject and gave an eager audience some real insights as to how technologies are and will affect the way they operate.
With the advent of electronic submissions, and web portals in particular, businesses are being forced to think ever more carefully about how they prepare, structure and present their information, and in this world understanding how to use the right technology is paramount.
