Leading international services company adopts ConcurrenceCatalyst

Monday 2nd March 2009

Concurrence is delighted to announce that Serco, the FTSE 100 international services company, has made the decision to adopt ConcurrenceCatalyst as its platform to deliver electronic bids and proposals.

Following an extensive trial and assessment phase, during which the tool was used live within some high-profile and strategic opportunities, Serco will deploy the tool across a number of operating areas. As part of the first phase adoption Serco will start to use the tool with immediate effect in key business areas including home affairs, health, welfare and local government.

"We've already experienced first-hand how Catalyst improves the look and feel of a submission” commented Louise West, Bid Manager, Serco Civil Government. "Most importantly, it will allow us to articulate more effectively the value within our solutions by allowing easier navigation of the bid."

"Serco submits a growing proportion of their bids electronically. Whether a bid or proposal is submitted on CD, via email or as a web portal upload, Serco needs to be able to offer the same high- quality, consistent and intuitive experience to the reviewers. Catalyst provides this quality regardless of the delivery requirements" observed Ray Brown of Concurrence
