What sort of files can be included?
Concurrence will accept files of any format, including MS Office, Adobe and Multi-Media files

What about training and support?

Concurrence users are backed with fast turnaround E-mail support, and a comprehensive online support area offering access to FAQs, hints & tips and more.

What do you mean by “branded”
Each version of Concurrence that we sell is properly, professionally branded to each client. This is not just a templating service; we obtain your brand guidelines, create a set of draft designs, and work with you to agree a final version. This is then built and delivered to you ready for use.

What if I need to change my branding?
Once installed you can amend or totally redesign your version of Concurrence without having to come back to us.

What if my client doesn’t have the software to view my content?
Your end-recipient doesn’t need any software to view your composition, and additional viewers, including Adobe Reader and Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer are included within each output to ensure that the recipient can view your content. An automatic system scan checks to see whether any of these viewers are required before offering to download. No invasive techniques are used.

How do I burn to disc?
Burning your composition to CD or DVD-ROM is easy – jut drag the files created by Concurrence to your CD burning software and go!

Can I personalise the output?
Concurrence allows you to create electronic output, including files of all formats, in a matter of minutes. Simply “point and click” at files, folders or directories and Concurrence will gather and collate your documents or other material into a logical and editable navigation structure, displaying the content through an interface branded to your company’s look and feel.

With the ability to collate files from your local machine, network or even document management system (requires plug-in), Concurrence automates the process of building sensible navigation – making the task of evaluating your proposal easier for the bid evaluation team as well as giving you the ability to add introductory text, comments, include additional supporting documentation and even to co-brand your submission.

Can I set-up regular outputs?
Yes – Concurrence can be used as often as you like at no extra cost.

What will my IT department need to know?
Concurrence is a local application, but uses LAN/WAN connectivity to locate and gather the content it delivers from any accessible location.
